Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions about Arizona Flyers Club membership
The Club uses the web-based scheduling platform operated by Holdshort.com on a first-come, first-served basis. The platform allows aircraft to be scheduled as far in advance as the date of pilot currency expiration (i.e., up to 6 months after satisfying the Club 6-month flight review and having a current FAA Flight Review. Otherwise, a Club instructor must be listed in order to schedule.)
The C172SP may be scheduled for a maximum of 9 consecutive days and the C182 and R182 a maximum of 15 consecutive days. The scheduling member shall be responsible for a minimum of one hour of billable flight time per day for aircraft involved in cross-country flights. Any exception to this rule shall require prior approval by the Board of Directors.
